Ingredients
  1. 1 (16-ounce) bag deli pizza dough
  2. 1 (8-ounce) container mozzarella pearls
  3. ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  4. 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  5. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Spray a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with cooking spray.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1⁄2-inch thickness. Using a 2-inch round cutter, cut dough, rerolling scraps as necessary. In the center of each dough circle, place 4 mozzarella pearls. Wrap dough around cheese, and seal. Place in prepared skillet, seam side down.
  3. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Brush rolls with seasoned butter mixture. Serve immediately.

  1. I made using Pillsbury Grands biscuit dough…smooshed it all together then rolled it out on a lightly floured surface. I used mozzarella sticks, cut into tidbit pieces, and had some Olive Garden herbs plus parsley. They turned out DELICIOUS!

  2. this was really hard because i cannot find any pizza dough in my frezer so i made hamburgers instead tbh i had to make the hamburger by mixxing some kind of meat \

    • Hi, Ava. Sorry to hear you had an issue with this recipe. You can find pizza dough in the frozen section at most grocery stores. Let us know how it goes if you give it a second attempt.
