Spicy-Sweet Tartar Sauce
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup chopped spicy sweet pickles
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
