Lobster Stock
 
 
Ingredients
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons lobster base
  • 1½ teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon coriander seed, crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 star anise
Instructions
  1. In a large enameled cast-iron Dutch oven, bring all ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain, discarding solids.
